Once you purchase the service you will get immediate access to the product. The download will take a couple of minutes and it will then guide you through the installation.

Once the software is installed it's easy to understand how the program works. The interface is very "user-friendly" - you can find your favorite shows just by running a search or clicking on the channel you are looking for. It's as simple as pointing and clicking.

I know some people will have to adjust their firewall settings when they first install the program. We read a couple of complaints about this online however everything you need to do is clearly outlined for you in the instructions. If you run into any problems though you just have to email support - they are available 24 hours a day.

The selection of channels is unlike anything we have seen before. As we already mentioned you get access to all of the major and most popular channels, but you will also find channels from countries all across the world. The only beef we has is that one of our emails took 36 hours to respond to. This was on a weekend - we sent test emails to support each day of the week to see how efficient their support team was. Every other time we got a response in less than 12 hours so maybe they have less staff there on the weekends.

Besides that one minor complaint, everything about Satellite TV for PC exceeded our expectations. I have been using it ever since I installed it and love being able to take it on the road with me when I'm out of town. I have it on my laptop which is extra handy.
